I build the growth decision system your business runs on: strategy, measurement, data, and AI working as one.
Most businesses aren't short on data. They're short on answers they trust. Sometimes it's too many sources: your ad platforms tell one story, your store or product data tells another, finance tells a third, and none of them agree.
Sometimes it's the opposite: a lean team running growth on ad platform dashboards, spreadsheets and instinct, because the analytics foundation isn't there yet.
Either way, decisions fall back on what's easy to see: last month's ROAS, a static budget, the loudest opinion in the room.
I connect the numbers each team already trusts into one view, so the conversation moves from whose number is right to what to do next.
I've built this at global scale. Much of my consulting work is with brands that don't have that scale, or the team, and need the same clarity. The approach is the same. The size of the build fits you.
No data team? No problem. I set up the tracking, build the dashboards, run the analysis and automate the busywork, so a team of one or five can make decisions like a team of fifty.
I work with your marketing, analytics and finance leads to design the measurement, data and AI foundation, then hand it to the people who will run it.
If any of these take more than a day to answer, or end in a debate, the way your team makes decisions is the bottleneck.
These are answerable. The work is setting up a way to answer them every week, not once.
Most teams buy strategy, analytics, data and AI separately, then wonder why they never connect. I connect them from day one, whether you are a team of one or fifty, and you can begin with the piece that hurts most.
A prioritized growth roadmap grounded in customer behavior and unit economics, not platform-reported performance.
Example engagement: Growth opportunity assessment + prioritized roadmap
A trusted measurement framework that turns performance data into better decisions.
Example engagement: Measurement framework + executive scorecard
Clean, connected data and tools your team can actually use.
Example engagement: Marketing data foundation + tracking and taxonomy rebuild
AI workflows that save time, improve decisions, and scale how your team works. I build AI into your operating model, not on top of it.
Example engagement: AI analytics copilot, or a multi-agent marketing operating system
Most analytics teams report what happened. I design analytics that point to the next move, and I make sure your team actually uses them. The quality of the analysis matters, but adoption is what creates business impact.
You don't need another AI subscription. You need AI wired into how your team already makes decisions, with a person signing off where it matters.
Most teams use all three, one per workflow. The decision always stays with a person.
I set up analytics copilots on Claude and custom MCP servers that work against your own data and your own metric definitions. The answer comes with its reasoning, so your team can check it before acting on it.
The copilot does the pulling and the first pass. Your team does the thinking.
AI your team can trust, because you can see how it works.
Every engagement follows the same four steps, sized to the problem you bring. I don't just advise. I put the frameworks, dashboards and agents in place alongside you or your team.
How decisions get made today, where the data fails, and which gaps cost the most.
The metrics, data flows, workflows and AI that answer your highest-value questions.
Frameworks, data models, dashboards and AI workflows, built with your team, not thrown over a wall.
Documentation, training and an operating rhythm you can run on your own, whether that's one person or a whole team.
A specific growth, measurement, data or AI question, scoped, answered and put to work.
Design and put in place a new measurement, data or AI foundation, from first audit to hand-off.
Senior growth analytics and AI leadership, part-time, for teams that need the capability before they're ready to build it in-house.
For a lean team, that means one partner instead of separate strategy, analytics, data and AI hires just to get moving. For a larger organization, it means fewer hand-offs between people who each see one piece.
I start with the call you need to make, then work back to the data. The same person shaping the strategy designs how it's measured, so nothing gets lost between the plan and the dashboard.
Frameworks, data models, dashboards and agents get built alongside your team, not described in a slide.
The work only creates impact when your team uses it every week.
You work with me directly, from the first conversation to the hand-off.
Sometimes the answer is a new data architecture. Often it's a KPI framework, a forecast, or one dashboard people finally trust. No complexity for complexity's sake: the goal is the simplest system that improves the decision.
These are examples of the work itself, shown with illustrative structure and data. They are not client results. Each one starts from a decision someone needs to make, then works back to the data.
I built this in N8N for an e-commerce client. Marketing, analytics, service and operations requests flow to a manager agent, and a routing framework sends each one to the specialist agent or model best suited to handle it, with a person approving anything that goes out. The same architecture runs marketing work like a weekly performance read, experiment readouts or campaign QA. Pick a request and watch it route.
One source of truth that connects your top-line goal to the metrics each team can actually move. Meetings shift from debating numbers to deciding what to do.
A scorecard that tells leaders what changed, why it changed, and what to do about it. One view the whole leadership team trusts.

I help growth teams make better decisions, faster.
That means connecting strategy, measurement, data and AI so the answers your team needs show up where the work happens. I start with the decision, not the dashboard, and I bring rigor without slowing execution.
I've spent 12+ years doing this work in-house, building teams and partnering closely with finance and data science. I built and led global marketing analytics at Warner Bros. Discovery, led lifecycle measurement and experimentation at Netflix, and drove subscription and DTC growth analytics at LegalZoom.
I stay hands-on with AI, building with Claude, custom MCP servers, N8N and API orchestration, so my view on AI comes from working systems, not vendor decks.
If you're not sure, send a note. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit, and point you somewhere better if I'm not.
Tell me what you're working on, and I'll come back with a few sharp questions and an honest view of whether I can help.
